These terms apply to your use of DB Inspector at db-inspector.hfps.dev (the "site"), developed and maintained by Henrique Silva. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

What the site is

DB Inspector is a free tool for inspecting SQLite database files. It runs entirely in your browser: files you open are processed on your device and are not uploaded. It is provided at no cost and without an account.

Open source

The source code is published under the Apache License 2.0 on GitHub. That license governs the code. These terms cover the hosted site.

Your files and your responsibility

Only open databases you are allowed to access. You are responsible for complying with any law, contract or policy that applies to the data in those files, including personal data. Because files are processed locally, the site never holds a copy of your data.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of results. Databases are opened read-only, but you should still keep your own backups and verify important results with other tools before relying on them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or business, arising from the use of or the inability to use the site.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site for unlawful purposes, and don't attempt to disrupt it, overload it or interfere with other people's use of it.

Availability and changes

The site may change, be interrupted or be discontinued at any time without notice. These terms may be updated. The current version is always published on this page with its date.
